After 90 days, your order is considered final and refunds will not be given. Custom products come with a 5-day, money-back guarantee, based upon the delivery date as provided to us by UPS or FedEx. To get a full refund, please contact our customer support team. They will supply you with shipping guidelines and a return authorization (RA) number. Shortly after 5 days, your order is considered final and refunds will not be given due to the customization of your order. The billing that was sent to you via e-mail immediately following your order confirmation will indicate the product( s) that are considered “custom”.

For orders which contain both standard products and custom goods, the aforementioned policies will involve their respective products. The invoice that was sent out to you via e-mail immediately following your order confirmation will show the product( s) that are considered “standard” and “custom”.

We encourage all patrons to contact us if there is an issue with the products received. Credit and debit cards are not charged until your order has been shipped. All purchases will appear on your credit card statements as “Azk Adunya Beauty Tips”. If a refund has been issued, please permit up to 10 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account. Issuing banks have different time frames for posting refunds to your account; therefore you may not see the funds placed to your account although that we have handled the refund. For your benefit, confirmations of all refunds will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after they are processed.
